PLC is an on-going process in which educators work collaboratively in recurring cycles of collective inquiry and action research to achieve better results for students serviced.

This session will provide brain-based multisensory strategies to facilitate student success. There will be discussion on targeting language processing goals such as categorizing, functions, similarities, differences, and comprehension. Participants will be given activities to target the curriculum in simple, effective ways, with strategies discussed to address with preschoolers and older students in both general and special education settings.

• Text Ownership: Reading and analysis of Section 1 texts
• Formative Assessment Ownership: Analysis of the Section 1 diagnostic
